I purchased the fridge in April off 2020 and by August 2022 it is broken. But I cannot help when reading through the reviews that it seems as though everyone is have trouble around the 2 year make on all of these appliances. Mine was freezing everything and now won't cool anything. Temperature was set for 37 went down to 32 and now is at 60 all without changing the temperature. Of course the fix is on the customer as when you spend $4000+ on a fridge/freezer combo why would you think it would last more than 2 years right. _x000D_ _x000D_ Very disappointed in this product and very disappointed in this company. I am sure there will be a big write up of I am sorry from the company and the recommendation of purchasing extended warranty but the reality of the situation is when you pay this type of money for a product our expectation is that you get your money's worth. Again if it was just a couple of them that went around the 2 year mark would be different but there is obviously an issue because there was so many review of the same thing around the same timeline. Frigidaire please do something about this as I am sure you can also see the trend.

Just bought this fridge. Need to reverse the door opening. Called Frigidaire (Electrolux). They want over $600 door the hinges to reverse the door! Do not buy from this company!

3 years old and have had to replace 2 controllers, an evaporator and 3 door seals. Thank god for our extended warranty!

Bought this fridge and freezer through COVID and it took 16 months to get. I can forgive that. Withing ~5 months, the fridge started to accumulate ice behind the drawers. Frigidaire sent out a repair man who broke the fridge completely. Frigidaire is going to replace the fridge, but they refuse to take out the old one and install the new one. I have had to buy a second hand fridge for the time being, and now will have to pay hundreds of dollars for installation, of something that they are responsible for. Their phone system is a joke as well. You will wait for at least an hour, or they will play a message saying they are too busy and will hang up on you. Even when you get through, they are of no help and expect me to take on all of this headache and cost, FOR SOMETHING THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR. If you are reading this review and others about these products, please listen and choose another source for your appliances. I wish I could give zero stars. Hopefully this review will help at least a few people avoid this awful company. I hope someone from Frigidaire will at least read this review and make it right as I have spent far too many hours dealing with this and I am ready to give up.

I had this fridge installed and have had problems ever since. It was built during the covid lockdowns. There was a noise they couldn't solve. The water dispenser was broken so they fixed and now it is broken again. The bottom section is now freezing and the door is closed. It's truly unbelievable. I've owned this exact fridge before with zero problems. This one is a nighmare!

The fridge isn't cooling after 2 years. Apparently a known issue. Had 2 repairman out to say it is not worth fixing as it may not work still after spending thousands to repair. To top it all off, now they have remodelled this Fridge so it no longer will fit in the area that was custom built for the fridge and freezer combo. An entire new fridge freezer and trim kit would need to be purchased after 2 years. So disheartened.

We bought this fridge a few weeks ago. Went with the all-fridge model because we have 2 large stand up freezers next to the kitchen and preferred lots of fridge space for the our large family. Couldn't be happier with the decision. Fridge has tons of space, is beautiful, and seems extremely well built.

We bought both fridge and freezer 19 cu. ft._x000D_ Two weeks ago my child opened the fridge door and it started to come off from top and he is 9 years old and door became heavier for him and then it got loose from the bottom and he had no choice but to let go of the door. Door was coming off and all our food and drinks from the side door had already started falling on floor. My child couldve been badly hurt by the door. We have been calling and emailing the company to replace fridge or install door. Nobody seems to be bothering to call or replace. We dont have a back-up fridge. We have a 1.5 year old also that requires fresh food and milk to be valid. _x000D_ Customer service hasnt shown any progress.
