Love the automatic door closure and the door open alarm. There are plenty of shelves which makes organizing easy.

Purchased it over 6 weeks now and I'm able to see everything at a glance. Love all the space and see through shelves and door storage. Using foods in a timely manner instead of finding something at the bottom of my old chest freezer I forgot I even had! Freezes rapidly when new food is added. Also like additional features of alarm if door is not quite closed. I will review again if I find it's not holding up as advertized as it is a large purchase and customers should stay informed by reviews.

Very nice looking freezer, very wide open interior which we like. Not a fan of the light on the front console, and once in a while the compressor bangs and rattles when kicking in - hope it doesn't become a worsening warranty issue. Going to crawl in behind it and see if there are loose mounting bolts or something from factory. But cools very well and does the job so far - sturdy shelving and good interior lighting. Lots of room in the door shelving as well. Delivered with the door hinged on the opposite side of what we ordered - of course - but I'm okay with switching it over myself - minor annoyance. We'll know if it's a truly good unit in about another 5 years of usage! :)

Etant donné que je cuisine beaucoup, je trouve la grandeur idéale. J'y ai inséré des contenants pour les diverses viandes et aliments congelés. Je le rachèterais à nouveau.

Bought this Freezer end of December so glad i did, so much easier to see what is actually in the freezer instead of digging through the old chest style freezer

I bought the Frigedaire upright Freezer FFUE2024AW on Feb 5 2025, it was delivered Feb 7. The freezer is faulty and doesn't work, despite attempts to unplug, wait 1 hr and plug in again. This is clearly a manufactures default. Despite numerous phone calls and messages and emails there has been no resolution to this issue. I would have thought a new replacement would have been delivered in a couple of days and this faulty one removed. But No. Nothing. And no responses to numerous phone messages. I'm so frustrated, and have lost around $300 in food (this freezer was a replacement for my old freezer that was from 1994). I wish someone from Frigidaire would step up and make this right. I paid for the freezer in good faith, not knowing there would be this huge issue with clearly a "dead on arrival" appliance. They have defaulted in the worst way possible. Responses to freezer issues should take priority because of the timely nature of frozen food. I'm so disappointed, frustrated, and at a loss as to what to do next.
