Love this fridge! It’s perfect for our active family and lifestyle. You can easily see the food that is in the fridge and it’s accessible. The water dispenser is an added bonus. With three growing boys in the house, this is a lifesaver!

I used just 2 weeks and light sensor was not working._x000D_ Also the trim wasn't installed. So I have to to remove all foods out when they install it._x000D_ Uncomfortable

Layout of fridge offers a TON of storage space. Built-in water dispenser is nice addition. Only negatives are the door is not weighted such that is closed on its own (have to push the door physically closed every time) and there is only one crisper drawer so fruits and vegetables are stored in the same drawer.

I fell in love with the photos of the refrigerator/freezer with trim kit on the website and wanted to create it in my kitchen. I just received the refrigerator and freezer combo along with the 79" flat trim kit. I am excited to tell you it's big, beautiful and looks like it should cost much more. Thank You for creating this master piece at a reasonable price to go in my newly renovated kitchen.

We bought this last May and it took until April (almost a year) for it to arrive. Given all the issues with Covid that was fine. However, after delivering it, it works great except that the ice maker does not work. So for a couple of weeks now we have to buy ice and place in a cooler. NFM told us you are training their staff on how to fix the problem, but it does not seem to be a priority in getting this resolved. You would have gotten excellent if not for that as we do really like the unit.

This fridge/freezer looks great and has great features like ice maker and water dispenser. Plenty of space and laid out well. We love it.
