We had an older Frigidaire upright freezer which is still going strong after 15 years, but it is not frost free. We purchased this one so I don’t have to defrost anymore. We love the glass shelves and the basket works very well for bread. We purchased an extra shelf which gives us even more space to store. This freezer should actually come with the extra shelf since there is quite a large gap without it. The door automatically closes if it is left ajar 5 inches or less which is an excellent feature. We actually had our last freezer door left ajar and it ruined everything in the freezer. We hope this one lasts as well as the last one!

We bought this as our second family freezer a month ago and we are happy so far. _x000D_ _x000D_ We wish there was a temperature digital display but otherwise we are very happy

I purchased this upright freezer to replace chest style and what a difference maker._x000D_ Well designed, beautiful glass shelving with multiple height options, ample door storage and bottom basket for those large items. Very happy to use as access and viewing inventory is easy.

i have owned this freezer since sept 2024. it constantly has frost buildup and stops working. groceries are partially thawed. repair company sent six times and still looks like a snowstorm inside. called customer service and sent emails. same sorry line no action. six vacation days wasted on repair days and many groceries

So far so great! Bought this upright to replace a big chest freezer which became harder and harder to handle and clean. My frozen foods are now organized and easily accessible as soon as I open the freezer door. No more straining and stretching to try to reach frozen food which always fell to the bottom of the chest freezer.

This is a nice plain upright freezer. It's quiet and had lots of space for our family needs. I'll revisit this review after some time
