I've had this range hood for about 2 years; one button broke in the first two months. The other one a few months ago. So, I'm down to one fan speed. Light fixtures are hard to work with as well.

Purchased 3 months ago and very satisfied with this product. _x000D_ Very efficient and easy to clean. Fan is quiet on level 1 @ 2. A little loud on level 3, but have not found we have needed to use level 3 very often.

2 months back 2 switches vent into the hood and try to take them out but not possible with the design. After that I try to purchase new ones but couldn’t find any till now.

I have owned this product for 12 years . In the last couple years I have lost the buttons off the front. I lost one a week ago . I only have one button and can’t seem to get the buttons out . It’s sad because it still works but the low speed will not work.
