This was installed in our new home. The lights are very bright and the exhaust fan pulls the steam right out of the kitchen.

Great hood, looks great, lights are fantastic, noise level is low and the exhaust is through the back (not the top) - saves a full cabinet above the unit !!!

Good purchase, however I did replace the halogen bulbs with led for less heat from the bulbs.

Currently this is the third installed. The first had the latch broken, the second that came had the same problem and had difficulty fitting in the 30" opening. The lights are terrible, they are halogen, extremely hot and energy deficient. I replaced them with LED lights.

I purchased this hood from Sears.com because it looked great and had decent reviews. I'm very happy so far! Some folks complained the fan is too loud, but on low it's quite quiet, and when using medium and high, there's usually serious cooking going on, so the noise doesn't bother me. The excellent airflow outweighs any negatives!_x000D_ _x000D_ Only drawback was during install, it's pretty much impossible to slide onto the bolts with a rear vent. I had to install it, and then screw into place. Minor issue, however.

This is a great product, very easy to use. It works well and there are 3 buttons for 3 different speeds with the vent hood.
