When you switch the fan speed the buttons pop out._x000D_ Now one of the buttons is stuck inside._x000D_ Disappointing.

I have owned this for a month. I love how it makes my kitchen look. the lighting is so bright. It does not collect the grime or dust that my white hood did. The fans are not too loud and get the job done.

Ibrought this with my new home and one light went off within a month use. Company replace the hood with a new one!!!

This range hood was installed by Tilson homes as part of our appliances. As far as functionality of the range hood, it does the job. The only reason I have rated it less than 5 stars is because within the first week we moved in the home I had to replace the lights on the range hood. If you’re listening Frigidaire, replace the halogen bulbs with LED’s that come with the unit. The halogens that come with the range hood get extremely hot and super quick.

This is a great range hood and protects our cabinets from steam while cooking. The only downside is that you have to remove a screw in order to take the screen out for cleaning or to see the serial number. It's very easy, just an added step I haven't had with past hoods.

WE BOUGHT THIS RANGE HOOD AND 4 MONTHS OUT OF WARRANTY,. THE LOW FAN BUTTON PUSHED IN THE UNIT. CUSTOMER SERV TRIED TO DO A GOODWILL SERVICE VISIT BUT THE "SYSTEM" WOULD NOT ALLOW IT AS IT WAS DEEMED REPLACEABLE AND IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY. I ASKED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR IF THEY COULD DO SOMETHING AND THE AGENT SAID THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING CAUSE THEY USE THE SAME SYSTEM. SO WE ARE STUCK WITH IT AND HAVE TO CALL AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE AGENCY TO EVEN SEE IF IT CAN BE FIXED AND IF NOT WE WILL HAVE TO SPEND ANOTHER $500 ONLY FOR THE PROBLEM TO REPEAT AS THE PAST POSTS HAVE INDICATED. THIS IS DEFINITELY A DESIGN FLAW AND THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR FEEDBACK REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEIR RESPONSE WAS IN OTHER REVIEWS. THE AGENT WAS VERY CORDIAL BUT THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING.

This vent hood came brand new with our new construction townhome. Within a year one of fan speed buttons pushed into the panel and now all of them have done the same. This appears to be a consistent problem with this model.

Electromechanical Push Buttons all fell off for the fan - can't use at all. Unable to figure out how to open the unit and try and fix. Very poor design and was not a cheap purchase. Looks great just wish it was actually functional!!

Blends in with our other appliances. Easy to clean. Much quieter then our previous fan
